Manta™
Manta is a submerged configuration of Pterofin's oscillating-wing technology, designed for tidal and ocean-current applications where the energy resource sits below the surface.
Manta applies the same underlying principle as Skimmer — a reciprocating wing that converts fluid motion into mechanical power without a continuously rotating rotor — adapted for fully submerged deployment. Development is at an earlier stage than Skimmer, which remains Pterofin's primary focus for near-term validation.
